SEDIC Space is a new service that provides SEDIC members with a space to work and collaborate with other colleagues in a relaxed atmosphere.

SEDIC also has a training room available for rent, suitable for conducting courses and workshops in both in-person and online formats.

We introduce SEDIC SPACE, a coworking space and a fully equipped training room designed to promote collaboration, learning, and networking among the members of the association.

Coworking

A shared space where you can carry out your projects while working alongside other professionals in the field.

Rest Area

A comfortable rest and reading area for relaxing, reading, or having a coffee.

Meeting Room

A training room that can accommodate both in-person and online meetings.

Training Classroom

Fully equipped classroom for conducting in-person or online training sessions.

Available Booking Hours:

  • Monday to Thursday: from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM
  • Monday to Thursday: from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM
  • Friday: from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM

How to Book Your Space?

 

Users can check the available hours for different spaces by clicking on the buttons for the desks and reserve the date and session they desire, as long as there is availability. There are 2 sessions available per day and per desk. The morning session (from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM) and the afternoon session (from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM)*.

During the booking process, you will be asked for your name, surname, email, and member number.

The coworking service will also be available to non-members at a price of 7 Euros per session, payable at the office reception.

*In case of high demand from members, reservations per person and month may be limited to allow the greatest number of members to use the service.
